Now I have AMSOIL 5W-30 engine oil, Amsoil Universal Transmission fluid in the transmission and power steering, and the Amsoil 75W-90 differential oil in the rear end.Yes Lexus uses DEXTRON transmission fluid for power steering. I replaced the fluid in the reservoir using a turkey baster fitted with a 3" extension tube to be sure I reached the bottom.
